Nope! Even though the magnets are small and soft, they’re strong enough to hold firmly in place all day—so they don’t fall off.

Yes! If looked after properly and stored in their case after each use, they can last anywhere from 3 to 12 months. 

There are two magnets on a lash, with one magnet placed on each end. We've designed it this way because;

• If there are too magnets, it can creates an unwanted jagged-effect on your lash line (which doesn't look great!)
• Too many magnets will appear very visible to others, as well as potentially cause discomfort as it may get too heavy.
• It allows for the lash to follow the natural curvature of your lash line so it looks better!

No, the applicator comes with your lashes.

Absolutely. Our magnetic lashes are chemical-free, glue-free, and designed with eye health in mind—no harsh adhesives or irritating products.

Do ensure the lash for the bottom of the applicator, is on the bottom. And the lash for the top of the applicator, is on the top.  

Once you clip the lashes together, they should release from the applicator and attach onto your natural lashes.

Absolutely! The magnets are small, lightweight, and designed to feel barely noticeable all day.

Nope—it does not rip them out! But just like with anything, if you don’t remove with proper care, we can’t guarantee it won’t pull a lash or two. It’s still much less risky than other lash types because ours doesn’t need lash glue, magnetic eyeliner, or harmful chemicals.

No, the tool will not ruin your eye makeup. Although our lashes can be applied before or after makeup.

Yes, you can trim them if they are too long for you.
