How To
Learn the Basics
1
How to Load Your Lashes onto the Applicator
Open your kit, separate the lash pairs by sliding the magnets apart, identify which is top and which is bottom, then load them onto the applicator.
2
How to Apply Your Lashes
Find the right eyelid position (about halfway closed), line up the applicator curvature, apply gentle pressure, and clip the lashes together.
3
How to Remove Your Lashes
Grab the magnets between your thumb and index finger, point thumbs toward each other (not your eye!), and gently slide them apart.
Troubleshooting
Something Not Working?
If Your Lashes Won't Sit Right
Your eyelid position is everything. If your eyes are too open, the applicator curvature won't line up with your lash line. Try closing your eyes about halfway — that's the sweet spot. Practice the position a few times without lashes first.
If Your Lashes Won't Connect or Won't Leave the Applicator
The magnets need to face each other. The top lash has magnets underneath, the bottom lash has magnets on top. If they're the wrong way around, they won't snap together. Flip them and try again.
Hold both lashes up — the magnets should be pointing at each other, not away.
If Removal Hurts or Pulls Your Lashes
Don't pull the lashes straight off — that tugs on your real lashes. Instead, grab the magnets between your thumb and index finger, point your thumbs toward each other (not toward your eye), and gently slide them apart.
Always slide, never pull. Think of it like un-zipping, not ripping off a band-aid.
